[feature request] Support for querystring-prefill fully custom HTML donation forms (similar to PayPal) for serverless sites

Currently we are forced to accept Criteo (and others) tracking for using donation iframe-widgets (or pay for backend server to implement the current payment flow). This forces to implement GDPR even for simply showing the widget on a static HTML page.
