[feature request] Support fully customized HTML "<form>"-based donation forms, without server-side flow

This is needed to allow fully custom design, compact HTML donation forms for serverless static sites (for example, hosted on GitHub Pages). For such websites serverside Payments flow is not suitable.

PayPal and Google Forms support such "

"-based forms, relying on "POST" action to redirect to the querystring-prefilled page. So technically such support should also be possible with HelloAsso.
