Hello there,

We're trying to create a sandbox association to test our our webhook integration before we can roll it out live. But I'm unable to create the test sandbox association using my Ukrainian phone number, because I get 409 error on the verification step. Could you please suggest how can I create this sandbox association for testing purposes?
